USAT card and picture ID must be in hand at packet pick up.

Saturday: June 8, 2024

6:00 AM Registration Opens; Day of Race registration (if available), check-in, packet pick up.
7:30 AM - First Wave Start
10:00 AM - Awards Ceremony (time is approximate)

Race Day Information

Race Policies:

This event takes place among the tall pines of Laura Walker State Park. Exit the lake swim into transition, then onto a flat and fast, out and back bike course. The run is well shaded and equally as fast and flat with an aid station at the turnaround. Plenty of food, fun, and music at the post-race party!

TRIATHLON COURSE

SWIM ¼ mile - In the cool waters of the Laura S. Walker lake.	BIKE 13 miles - Under a canopy of trees and scenic flat course.	RUN 3 miles - One more time with an out and back paved road.

DUATHLON COURSE

Race entries are non-transferable and non-refundable.
$5 Park Fee paid on race day until 7:15am!!
Swim caps are provided.

All athlete's must be a member of USA Triathlon for insurance purposes.

If you do not have an annual membership, you will be charged an additional entry fee of $15.00 for a USAT One-Day License.

USAT Event

USAT athletes must provide a valid USAT# and present their USAT card & photo ID at registration. A $50 Annual license can be purchased at www.usatmembership.com (For athletes under 17 years of age, price is $10 for an annual membership) Non-USAT licensed athletes must purchase the $15 one-day license. This is available during on-line registration.

The USAT Age rule requires that all participants race by birth year rather than their age on race day. This means your race age will be the same for all sanctioned events for an entire calendar year. The age group of a participant will be determined by age on Dec. 31 of the event year, not by age on race day. For example: If you turn 25 years old in July, you will race and be ranked in the 25-29 age group for the entire season.
