SWIM ¼ mile in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico		BIKE 12 miles out and back on this fast and flat course, running through the pristine estuaries of West Central Florida's beautiful "Nature Coast" The entire course is paved.		RUN 3 miles out and back with water available at miles 1 and 2

• This race is LIMITED to 350 athletes, so be sure to register early to reserve your slot. Race entries are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Swim caps are provided.
• Wetsuits: Please read our Policy on wetsuits from USA Triathlon.
• Fat Tire: Please read our Fat Tire Policy with regards to you bike.

USAT Event

USAT athletes must provide a valid USAT# and present their USAT card & photo ID at registration. A $50 Annual license can be purchased at www.usatmembership.com (For athletes under 17 years of age, price is $10 for an annual membership) Non-USAT licensed athletes must purchase the $15 one-day license. This is available during on-line registration.

The USAT Age rule requires that all participants race by birth year rather than their age on race day. This means your race age will be the same for all sanctioned events for an entire calendar year. The age group of a participant will be determined by age on Dec. 31 of the event year, not by age on race day. For example: If you turn 25 years old in July, you will race and be ranked in the 25-29 age group for the entire season.
