 175 Kids turned out for the FIRST EVER Citrus County Kids Triathlon this past Saturday, May 11th to benefit the Untied Way. It was a fantastic day for all, with many doing their very first Triathlon! Click here for Results!.

| North Florida Olympic & Sprint Stays Dry! |
| The weather Gods were kind to the athletes this Saturday during the North Florida Olympic & Sprint Triathlon. With threatening weather all week and forecasted into the weekend, the skies remained overcast but dry for the major portion of the race. We received a little sprinkle on the last of the Olympic runners.
Cooler temps also helped Michael Weyant of Tallahassee stay in front from the start to take the Overall Win with an finish time of 2:15:01. Marci Gray took the Women's Title with a 2:20:21 and the fastest run split of the day at 42:18 for the 10K portion.
Joshua Ashley and Teale Beckenbach (5th Overall) dominated the Sprint event for the Male & Female Champion Slot with finish times of 52:50 & 58:58 respectively.
