SWIM		BIKE		RUN
SWIM ¼ mile in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico with a fresh water shower into transition #1.		BIKE 15 miles out and back on this fast and flat course, running through the pristine estuaries of West Central Florida's beautiful "Nature Coast" The entire course is paved.		RUN 3 miles out and back with water available at miles 1 and 2

Non-USAT licensed athletes registration fee includes the $12 one-day license. USAT athletes must provide a valid USAT# and present their USAT card & photo ID at registration. A $45 Annual license can be purchased at www.usatmembership.com (For athletes under 17 years of age prices are $10 for a one-day or $15 annual).
